But there’s also a free help for anyone considering crowdfunding but don’t know where to start – from downloadable packs to help create an attractive web page on Crowdfund Staffordshire, right through to how to plan and run their month-long fundraising campaign.
Go online at https://www.staffordshire.gov.uk/community/Community-Action-and-Doing-Your-Bit/Resources-for-partners.aspx to download social media posts graphics, web banners and additional copy and use as you see fit through your communications channels (you can also retweet etc from @StaffordshireCC and our Facebook page)
· start talking to people about the ‘Children and Families Fund’, and encourage them to go to http://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/funds/crowdfund-staffordshire/extra-funding to start a conversation with the county council about their project that could be eligible for funding.
