Parish Council Meetings

Public Participation

Public Participation is an agenda item and allows 15 minutes of each Parish Council Meeting, for members of the public to make representations or give evidence in connection with items included on the agenda. Each representation must be a maximum of 3 minutes. At the discretion of the Chairperson, the meeting may be adjourned to give members of the public present an opportunity to raise other matters of public interest.

Thursday 9th April 2026 – Annual Parish Meeting – 7.15pm- Stramshall Village Hall

Thursday 7th May 2026 – Annual Meeting of the Parish Council – 7.15pm -Stramshall Village Hall

Thursday 11th June 2026 – Parish Council Meeting – 7.15pm- Stramshall Village Hall

Thursday 9th July 2026 – Parish Council Meeting – 7.15pm- Stramshall Village Hall

Thursday 10th September 2026 – Parish Council Meeting – 7.15pm- Stramshall Village Hall

Thursday 8th October 2026 – Parish Council Meeting – 7.15pm- Stramshall Village Hall

Thursday 10th December 2026 – Parish Council Meeting – 7.15pm- Stramshall Village Hall

All residents of the Parish are welcome to attend and the Agenda allows 15 minutes for Public Participation from residents at each meeting. All meeting will be open to the public unless the Council otherwise directs. (Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
