Parish Council Meetings

Public Participation

Public Participation is an agenda item and allows 15 minutes of each Parish Council Meeting, for members of the public to make representations or give evidence in connection with items included on the agenda. Each representation must be a maximum of 3 minutes. At the discretion of the Chairperson, the meeting may be adjourned to give members of the public present an opportunity to raise other matters of public interest.

Meeting dates

The meetings for Uttoxeter Rural Parish Council take place in two different venues, alternate months in Stramshall and Bramshall.

However, due to Government Guidelines, during the Cornovirus lockdown, meetings will take place on Zoom, which is on line platform – see agendas for Zoom meeting ID.

  • 7th July 2020
  • (August no meeting)
  • 1st September 2020
  • 6th October 2020
  • 3rd November 2020
  • 1st December 2020
  • (January no meeting),
  • 2nd February 2021
  • 2nd March 2021
  • 6th April 2021
  • 4th May 2021

All residents of the Parish are welcome to attend and the Agenda allows 15 minutes for Public Participation from residents at each meeting.
