Parish Council Meetings

Public Participation

Public Participation is an agenda item and allows 15 minutes of each Parish Council Meeting, for members of the public to make representations or give evidence in connection with items included on the agenda. Each representation must be a maximum of 3 minutes. At the discretion of the Chairperson, the meeting may be adjourned to give members of the public present an opportunity to raise other matters of public interest.

Meeting dates

The meetings for Uttoxeter Rural Parish Council take place in two different venues, Stramshall (S) and Bramshall (B). Venue addresses are:

Bramshall Meeting time is 7.45pm and the venue for meetings (B) is Church Room, The Church of St Lawrence, Church Lane, Bramshall, ST14 5BQ

Stramshall Meeting time is 7.45pm and the venue for meetings (S) is Stramshall Village Hall, Vicarage Drive, Stramshall, ST14 5DL

The dates for 2019 – 2020 are:

  • 4th June 2019(S)
  • 2nd July 2019(B)
  • (August no meeting)
  • 3rd September 2019(S)
  • 1st October 2019(B)
  • 5th November 2019(S)
  • 10th  December 2019(B)- this has changed from 3rd December.
  • (January no meeting),
  • 4th February 2020 (S),
  • 3rd March 2020 (B),
  • 7th April 2020 (S),
  • 5th May 2020 (S)

All residents of the Parish are welcome to attend and the Agenda allows 15 minutes for Public Participation from residents at each meeting.
