Parish Council Meetings

Public Participation

Public Participation is an agenda item and allows 15 minutes of each Parish Council Meeting, for members of the public to make representations or give evidence in connection with items included on the agenda. Each representation must be a maximum of 3 minutes. At the discretion of the Chairperson, the meeting may be adjourned to give members of the public present an opportunity to raise other matters of public interest.

Meeting dates

The meetings for Uttoxeter Rural Parish Council take place alternately at Stramshall Village Hall and Bramshall Village Hall.

The meetings start at 7pm (unless otherwise stated)

The dates for 2024 are:

Tuesday January 30th, 2024 – 7pm – Parish Council meeting – Wilfred House

Thursday March 7th, 2024 – 7pm – Parish Council meeting – Stramshall Village Hall

Thursday April 11th, 2024 – 7pm – Annual Parish Meeting – Wilfred House

Thursday May 9th, 2024 – 6.30pm – Annual Meeting of the Parish Council – Stramshall Village Hall

Wednesday June 5th, 2024 – 7pm – Parish Council meeting – Wilfred House

Thursday July 11th, 2024 – 6.30pm – Parish Council Meeting – Stramshall Village Hall

NO AUGUST MEETING

Thursday September 19th, 2024 – 7pm – Parish Council Meeting – Wilfred House – DATE CHANGE

Wednesday November 13th, 2024 – 6pm – Parish council meeting– Wilfred House – CANCELLED 

Tuesday December 10th, 2024 – 7pm – Parish Council meeting- Friends Meeting House, 39 Carter Street, Uttoxeter, ST14 8EY – DATE CHANGE

All residents of the Parish are welcome to attend and the Agenda allows 15 minutes for Public Participation from residents at each meeting. All meeting will be open to the public unless the Council otherwise directs. (Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
